(2019). Kamal Shah completed his M.A. in Mass Communication in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at JamiaMiliaIslamia. At first, he worked as a Radio Jockey at Big 92.7 FM, then moved to IBN7 news, where he was in charge of programming scripts, writing, and editing all stories for the channel’s programming department, including special shows—conceptualising and developing new, unique shows.
Kamal then worked as a Creative Consultant at Pragya TV, where he was heading the content department, core planning and conceptualising of new programming, developing on-air shows, oap. Later, for less than a year, he worked as a Director at Big5 news & entertainment. He also worked as a Consultant- Creative and Production at Fashion|one TV for a year. From 2012 -to2020, he was a Director at Valentine Movies. Currently, he is working as a producer at a film production company called Firefly Films India.
