Chandra Bhushan Singh is a Bollywood actor, director and producer. He started his journey in 2007 and has more than seven years of experience in Film Making, Production Designing, Project Head and Planning and Execution of Projects. His full name is Pakhi Anuj Chandra Bhushan Singh Negi. Singh was born on December 6, 1984 and his zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He was born in Lucknow. He has done his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya and has completed his Master of Business Administration in the field of Human Resources from New Delhi. He is married to Saumya Singh. He is a person who wanted to become a doctor but became a theater artist. He started the career as a theater artist in 2007 and later became a director. Singh moved to Delhi from Lucknow to become a doctor.

When he visited Delhi to attend a medical exam, he walked into the theater Jan Natya Manch, and it was there that he discovered the artist within himself. In 2009 he started one of the leading Hindi Production Company named Black Entertainment and Media Productions along with his friends. This company deals with interesting, innovative, idealistic and socially and politically relevant subjects. It takes up contemporary issues to stress the contours of our time while also providing scope for entertainment in the plays. In 2006, he directed a play Hi Marjina bye Marjina. Later in 2008, he directed B-Positive, and Bevin ka Madrasa. Then in 2009, he directed Rani Nag Phane ki Kahani, Bevie Zindabad and Saudagar. In 2010, Bhushan directed Hatya ek Dakar key and in 2011, Two Idiots in Sandspur and Pagal Kahani mein.

In 2012, Ramleela, Meri Delhi Meri Jaan and Pankhuri were directed by him. His company’s first feature film was Courier Boy with the duration of 35 minutes, which deals with a courier boy and his struggles in life. He started his film career from 2010 with a short film A Classic Story and Courier Boy. He appeared in DD-1 in 2012 in Kabhi to Mil ke Sab Bolo, in Savadhan India Bharat Ki Shaan, ad film for Patanjali Yog Peeth and Life OK serial Tu Meri Pakhi. He also desired to work in movies but said that he would never give up the social cause. He worked with Kiran Bedi’s Navjyothi foundation and taught the underprivileged children once a week.

He has also been associated with the Theater Artist’s Foundation, Little Theater Group and Jan Natya Manch from the age of 23. He calls the veteran theater artist Shankar Sohail to be his mentor. Apart from plays on stage he has done dozens of street plays on issues like corruption, price rise, deteriorating civil sense and so on. In 2014, he also participated in the elections. In the production of LTG Repertory Singh directed a play based on Moliere’s The School of Wives. He not only played various roles in plays but also acted in films. In 2011, he acted in Lanka and A Classic Story. In the film Ab Hoga Dharna Untitled which came up in 2011. Apart from being an actor he took up the responsibilities of screenplay and executive production. He also has an experience of working as an executive producer for Patanjali Yog Peeth.
