Achin Jain is an Indian film producer. He hails from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He is also crucial reason in Sikhya Entertainment, a film production and distribution company. Achin is a producer because he understands the demand as well as the need of a director and acts for accordance after that. He didn’t only produce in Hindi cinema but also on an international level. Achin is not confined to one genre but he keeps experimenting with different genres, whether it is action, romance, or comedy.
He worked with new as well as experienced directors. Achin being member of Sikhya entertainment produced films like ‘Dasvidaniya (2008)’, ‘The Lunch Box (2013)’, ‘That Girl in Yellow Boots (2011)’, ‘Masaan (2015)’. Internationally in 2016, he ventured into his first English language project, ‘The Ashram’, Norwegian film ‘What Will People Say’, directed by Iram Haq. He also produced the Academy Award - winning film ‘Tigers’ led by Danish Tanovic. Achin has also made one British Airway campaign, which was the most successful television campaign in India in 2016. His most recent work is ‘Pagglait (2021).
