Mahesh Tinaikar

Mahesh Tinaikar is a highly accomplished musician known for his unimaginable Guitar skills. Mahesh is a guitar player, songwriter and founding member of the legendary Indian Rock band Indus Creed’. He has been on stage since the 1980s when he hit the stage with his band Rock Machine (name changed in 1994 to Indus Creed). Mahesh has won numerous multinational music awards, which include the Asia-wide MTV Viewers’ Choice award for their song ‘Pretty Child’, voted best Indian band by Channel V, including being the first Indian band to feature on MTV Asia.

Mahesh is a self independent composer who has composed music for numerous TV serials. He has composed for Times now when it was launched in 2005. Mahesh has been an educator since 2011. Giving private lessons. He also had been a part of the True School of Music Faculty in Mumbai, Maharashtra, from 2016 to 2018. Mahesh is continuously giving one-on-one lessons, training students in groups, and considers it a privilege to share his knowledge and experience with aspiring guitar players and music enthusiasts. Mahesh’s incredibly hardworking nature, dedication and passion towards his work have made him one of the most influential Music artists from all over India.
