She always wanted to become a “cool” scientist and wanted to study neuroscience as both her parents were doctors. But her parents wanted her to explore other options too, so she started trying different things and landed a role in Rockford.

She did her graduation in acting from the University of Chicago and then did her training from London and Los Angeles. She has developed the love for craft due to acting. She got married to Gaurav, whom she had known for ages, before starting her shooting for The Anushree Experiments. She is so passionate about her work that she started shooting just after two days of her marriage. She always says that marriage has never been a hurdle in her career as the couple is very compatible.
