Mona Ray is an actress known as the Bhojpuri Film Queen. She was part of the Cinema of Bihar which specializes in doing Bhojpuri films. The Hindi and Bhojpuri films are normally produced in Bihar, Northern India where Maithili, Magahi, Angika and Awadhi film industries are.

Her character here is a Mami which requires her to dress appealingly challenged costumes. Mona is known for wearing low-cut blouses with colorful prints and amusing ornament jewelry with too much make up on her face, so it is a complete makeover for her to dress a traditional dress.
