Kriti Malhotra is a Bollywood film actress, who initially works as a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor. She completed her studies at Nowrosjee Wadia College in Pune, where she took a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. She also studied Fashion Apparel Design in college. Before venturing to the filmdom, Kriti works as a wardrobe supervisor and costume designer for films like
(2008), Bollywood Hero (2009), Delhi-6 (2009),
(2010), Michael (2011), Shanghai (2012), Boss (2013), Special Chabbis (2013), Baby (2015), and the upcoming M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016). Besides films, she also worked on television commercials such as Dr. Fixit’s Angry Kid.

. Kriti never thought of acting until Kiran saw her photo on a social networking website. She was called for a screen test and although she kept saying no, one of the unit members, who is close to her called her relentlessly and eventually, she accepted the offer. in the movie. The following year, she starred and played the role of Bilkis in Vasan Bala’s Hindi crime thriller film, Peddlers. Her character is a terminally ill migrant, who will turn into a drug mule to protect her daughter. Kriti is a big fan of

She shared that she can get fashion ideas when watching Gossip Girl. After Dhobi Ghat, she was offered to do an ad for Fair & Lovely, which she declined. She was also offered to do ads with actors

for Alto. However, she has to give them up because the time she received the offer, she has a wardrobe supervision job in Delhi for Special Chabbis. Later on, she was paid by Mahindra Retail for donning a corporate film. She attended the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) for Dhobi Ghat, and it was her first red carpet experience. Kriti never had an agent, so she personally stitched the orange gown she wears during the event, which cost her Rs 2000.
