Disha Arora is the cousin of the famous Bollywood scriptwriter Manurishi Chadha.She is an actress and a producer famous for her works in films like Parallel Interiors released in 2010, Charley Ke Chakkar Me released in 2015, the role of Fatima in the 2016 hit film Lipstick Under My Burkha and for her role in the short film Packers and Movers depicting modern-day problems of live-in relationships.
Disha is a Punjabi girl from Delhi who began her acting career by coming to Mumbai in 2010, before that she was an active theater artist with the Asmita theater group, passionately exploring her theater passion by performing various street plays all across India. She is soon to debut as a director with her upcoming project ‘women and religion in India.’
