Santosh Barmola is an Indian actor who worked in 2013 Hindi thriller 3D film Warning, directed by, Gurmeet Singh and produced by Anubhav Sinha Anubhav Sinha was born on 22nd June 1956 in Jamalp >> Read More... . The film was a remake of the 2006 film Open Water 2: Adrift. Alongside Santosh Barmola, the film featured Manjari Fadnis as the main character. The film released on 27 September 2013. The young lad rose to fame with Himesh Reshammiya's music video, 'Aap Kaa Surroor'. Coming into the entertainment industry was merely a stroke of luck for Santosh. He said that his sister is the one who encouraged him towards the Entertainment Industry. ''During my MBA course in Delhi, my sister asked me to get my pictures clicked with some spare cash she had in hand at that time, and to my surprise the photographer asked me to take those pictures to Mumbai'', remembers Santosh. He didn't have any plans to come to Mumbai but seems fate had already decided something for Barmola.

His pictures were circulated in a few agencies in Delhi and within a few days of the photo-shoot, he bagged an assignment for Samsung Calendar. He then moved to the city of dreams, Mumbai, and within a year, he worked with leading professionals like ace photographer Atul Kasbekar and designer Arjun Khanna. There was no looking back for Santosh Barmola from there on. He campaigned for brands like Hugo Boss and Levi's that fortunately makes him be one among the very few Indian male models who worked for so many international brands in such a short duration. Barmola was quoted saying, “The ideal kind of role for me would be a vulnerable yet serious type.”

Though the young actor has the chocolate hero looks, he doesn't want to be stuck in that genre. Currently, Santosh Barmola is working for Fashion shows and also in talks with some production houses for movies.
