Ranbir Chakma has recently stepped into Bollywood and came into limelight from the movie, Software Hardware Kya Yaroon. He was born in the year 1989. Kamalanagar, a small town near Southwestern Mizoram is his birthplace. He has also enacted in a movie called ‘ Nasha’ with Poonam Pandey. He is a versatile actor and working hard to get part in the upcoming films.

His vibrant personality makes the set energetic and a happy place to work. Ranbir completed his pre-schooling at FHSS, Guwahati. Then he was shifted to a different school till 12th standard. He finished his 12th from Mizoram Institute of Comprehensive Education (MICE).

Ranbir is a Computer science engineer; he did his BE from PES College of Engineering at Mandya, Karnataka. Ranbir started doing theatre at a very minor age; had he discovered that acting is his passion. His grandfather had a theatre group which is called Doli. In an interview, Ranbir says that his family plays a very significant role in his career of acting. He grew up with an atmosphere where acting and singing were of prime importance. When he started working; he was pulled in towards acting.

He gives all of this credit to his grandfather’s theatre group Doli. He says that Doli played a very vital role in his life; due to which he choose acting as a career. His debut film, ‘Software Hardware Kya Yaroon’, is directed by Rabi Kisku who is an engineer converted into Director. This film released on April 26, 2013, under the banners of PVR Cinemas. The film screened at the Indian film festival held in Japan.

It's OST by a band called Boomerang and a singer Lucky Ali from Mizoram. Ranbir played a co-lead in his next movie called ‘Nasha’ starring Poonam Pandey.Amit Saxena is director of this film. In this movie, Ranbir is playing a comic role of a Northeastern student who studies in Panchgani. In an interview, he says that “I am playing a part of a happy, jolly student who belongs to the best gang in the school. I am playing a character who speaks both English and Hindi fluently.

Anuj Pandit Sharma is an India born actor who started off his career in Rakesh Roshan’s blockbuster ‘Koi...
