Dibyendu Bhattacharya

Dibyendu Bhattacharya is a famous actor of Indian film Industry. Common folk knows him well by his role in Dev D. He has worked in several films. He debuted in Indian Film Industry with the movie named as Wedding which released in the year, 2001. He is not a heroic actor playing heroic, comic or simple roles. He has a different forte and unique style of working. He has played varieties of characters including the gray shades too. He is not the one who remains in limelight always but still makes his mark by his good work. He always tries to play a role which is not only different but also innovative. He is famous for the unique characters he plays. He puts in his 100% even in supportive or negative roles. After his debut, he came up with more movies in the year 2004. He did altogether three movies in 2004 namely Maqbool, Ab Tak Chhappan, and Black Friday.

Then again after a gap of three years, he makes his comeback in the year 2007 with two movies. One was a Hindi movie, and the other one was Bengali named as Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal and Jole Jongole respectively. Then the movie Dev. D, which came in the year 2009, gave him the ultimate fame. He justified his role of Chunnilal so well. In the consecutive year, he was seen in the film Soul of Sand (Pairon Talle) in the role of Bhanu Kumar.
