Anant Balwant Dhumal was an Indian actor in Hindi films. He was born on 29th March 1914and died on 13th February 1987 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Dhumal started his career in the Marathi films and started working there. Later he was recognized by upper authority moved to Hindi cinemas. From doing comedy roles to character roles, he became one of the most successful actors at that time.
Some popular movies in which he worked are Pyaar Ka Mandir in 1986, Maati Maangey Khoon in 1984, Maan Apmaan in 1978, Howrah Bridge in 1958, Bombai Ka Babu in 1960, Kashmir Ki Kali in 1964, and many other films.
