The cast also comprises of Gullu Dada, Meenakshi, Mamtha, and Shahrukh Habeeb. Gullu Dada Returns is one of the most amusing movies imbibed with the Hyderabadi way of life, where the central focus of humor is their local indigenous language. It rotates around a new quick-witted man Aziz (Aziz Naser), who desires to have an extravagant marriage greeting but doesn't have adequate cash in his pocket.

His acquaintances are too destitute to loan him any currency, so despite being a moral individual, he is compelled to borrow from the mortgage shark Gullu Dada (Adnan Sajid). Now Gullu Dada is a foundation of fear for his defaulters. The rest of the tale deals with Aziz's repayment melancholy. Gullu Dada's tricks- his efforts at love, his blackmail rounds – makes this movie commercial. Surprisingly, there's much less amusement in this film than one would imagine. Maybe because it's not too loud- there is fortunately very little comedy, no makeshift jokes, and a reasonable bit of situational and conversation attuned entertainment.

She also recuperates 40 lakhs extra from Taru's household via a police department officer, extorting him to file allegations under Section 498A.

Taru chooses to take payback as he finds out about the genuine personality of Gullu. Meanwhile, Gullu and her dad start planning to depart for America. Gullu feels regretful and embarrassed about cheating an honest individual and agrees to repay all the capital. When they reach the railway station to embark on a journey from Pullman to Lucknow, Gullu encounters Taru. Gullu reimburses all the money and declares her love for him. They reunite and plan their marriage. Meanwhile, Amjad understands his fault and confronts his parents for insisting dowry.
