Nikita Gokhale

Nikita Gokhale is an actress, model, beauty pageant titleholder and also a financial advisor. She was born in Tumsar Maharashtra on the 2nd of April 1990 to Shivshankar Gokhale and Dilidevi.

She has three younger siblings, one sister, and two brothers. She went to school at Sharda Vidhyalay in Tumsar and graduated in Commerce from the S. N. Mor College. Her mother was married young and did not get to pursue her studies after the eighth grade; she did not want her daughter to face similar circumstances hence always encouraged her to focus on her education.

She was also studying to be a chartered accountant but could not pass the IPCC. She then started working at Integrated Enterprises as regional head of Punjab in Chandigarh and then moved to Nagpur for a job in a stock market, a sub-broking business with IIFL. After a successful but short career, she decided to give modeling a try and studied at Anupam Kher’s film academy as well as Terence Lewis’s Dance Academy.

She first started competing in beauty pageants in 2015 and has been a participant in many pageants. She’s also won quite a few. She holds the following titles of Miss European Tourism ’16, Miss Glamour Face World ’16, Miss Glamour Face India, Miss World Bikini Model ‘16 and Miss World Swimsuit Model India 2017. These are the pageants she won, but she’s taken part in other competitions apart from them such as Miss World Bikini Model 2015, Miss European Tourism 2016, and Miss World Swimsuit Model 2017.

After being crowned the winner of Miss India Bikini 2015 she was the Indian representative in Malta in October 2015. She also represented India in Germany in September 2016 and is now going as the Indian representative at the World Swimsuit Model pageant in 2017. Apart from participating in beauty pageants all over the world, she has also attended quite a few film festivals; she’s quite the movie buff and appreciates the art of cinema a lot. She has had a controversial career due to her bold statements and openly speaking her mind. She came into the limelight when she submitted her photos to the Playboy magazine.

But despite the controversies her comments spark, she enjoys a loyal fan base that supports her no matter what. Along with modeling, she has done one Marathi and one Punjabi movie, but her primary focus has always been photo shoots and portfolios for numerous catalogs. Nikita has received an award by the world peace and diplomacy organization in Sri Lanka. Even though she started modeling quite late, she’s very popular with photographers, both in India and abroad.
