Yogesh Gaur is a famous Indian writer and lyricist. He was born on March 19, 1943. His birthplace is Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has been interested in Hindi poetries since childhood. His mother introduced him to the world of poetry. When he was 16, his father died, and then he moved to Bombay for work. There, he preferred to get help from his cousin, Yogendra Gaur. He was a screenplay writer at that time. But he could not get any such benefit. He lived in a chawl in Mumbai and did many writing jobs at various places. He used to write poems in his diary in his difficult times but it helped him later to get a project for lyrics writing. After facing many difficulties, his career finally started in Bollywood with one of his popular written songs, Tum Jo Aa Jao. He was restricted to low-grade movies for lyrics. But finally, he learned about music composer Sahil Chowdhury, who was looking for a writer.
