Srinidhi Murti

Srinidhi Murti is a senior legal counsel who has experience in litigation and corporate aspects of the IT/ ITES industry in the product and service sectors. He is also skilled in Legal Affairs, Corporate Commercial Law, Contracts, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal Management. He completed his schooling at A.K. Joshi English Medium School and did his BA LLB from Bangalore University. He worked as corporate commercial law, arbitrations, litigation advocate at Hemant Sahai Associates. He then practiced as an advocate in the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay at Mumbai, working on the civil side. He drafted plaints, writs and other varied documents and argued before the Court on several matters.

He then worked as a corporate legal counsel at the company WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd, as part of the global legal team. He was involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating both customer and vendor contracts, regulatory compliance and the provision of legal advice and support to various other departments. From 2013 – 2015, Srinidhi worked as a legal counsel for Wipro for the US, Canada, and South America geographies, focusing on contract negotiations and reviews with Wipro’s customers in these geos across Wipro’s diverse business verticals. He also acted for the company’s legal issues arising in these geographies and provided legal support to the Business, Delivery, Finance & HR teams. From 2015-2021, he worked as a Senior Geo Counsel in India for Dassault Systèmes – “The 3DEXPERIENCE Company”. Currently, he is the legal General Manager at HCL technologies.
