Mugdha Kalra is a journalist from India. She has more than 2 decades of experience in broadcast journalism. In addition to her accomplishments, she ranked as one of the top 100 most inspiring & influential women in the world for 2021 by British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), alongside philanthropist and businesswoman Melinda French Gates & acclaimed Nigerian author and feminist icon Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. She has been an autism activist and co-founder of the movement "Not That Different." Mugdha has attained specialization in content strategy, social media curation, feature writing, fiction writing, screenplay writing, reporting, and news presenting.
She has hosted several special programs on diverse subjects for Network 18. She is also a documentary writer. Some of her works are available on many platforms such as Netflix and Audible. She is also a corporate trainer and writer with Rainmaker on Diversity & Inclusion. Mugdha is also a certified Mindfulness Coach.
