Les Nordhauser is creative and has logistic talents, which he has lent to numerous television and film productions. He has a prolonged list of glory as a director, writer, and producer. It's been more than two decades for him working in the Hollywood film and television industry. He has spanned through many genres, including features, reality, sitcoms, episodic, game shows, and variety. Les has been Chairman of the Board of the American Association of Producers and also Vice President of Motion Pictures of the Producers Guild of America. He continued as a Lifetime Honorary Board Member.

 Having a Master of Arts Degree in Education and Diplomas in Commercial Still Photography, Film, Television, Les has experience of an educator. He has been a Segment or Producer of Worst Case Scenario. In 2002 he taught film production management at the University of Colorado, Denver. He is bestowed with the position of Academic Department Chair for the Video Production. In 2002 at the Art Institute of Colorado he became Academic Department Chair for Digital Media Production departments.

He has been an instructor at the Community College of Aurora. He moved to Asia in 2003 as Vice President of Production with Sony Entertainment Television, India. In the first season of The Amazing Race Asia in 2006, he was a Production Executive and Consultant and then moved to The Philippines in 2007 to produce a Feature Film. Les provides lecture as well as produce and consults on television and film projects globally. He has produced film Fugitive Mind, a sci-fi thriller and action movie released in 1999, Deep Gold, released in 2011, filmed in and around the islands of Cebu and Palawan in the Philippines. Les has also produced a TV Program ‘Ghar Padharo Gajanan,’ a mythological tale about Lord Ganesha, worshiped in the Hindu temple.
