Since the 1990s, he has been a voice actor for slightly over two decades and primarily engaged in dubbing foreign media, such as American Hollywood films, western animation, and Japanese anime shows. He works as a dubbing producer at Mumbai-based Main Frame Software Communications. For over two decades, starting from the 1990s, Shailendra is known for having a relatively deep and heavy voice in his voice acting career, when he began his voice-acting career.
