Divij Roopchand is a Bollywood director born in India and later moved to London to pursue his passion for filmmaking. He graduated from the London Film School in 2015 with an MA in filmmaking. He has written and directed several short films. Divij Roopchand is widely known for Mast Qalandar's short film, which was awarded as the best short film at the London Asian Film Festival and also won Best Student Film at the Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles for Set in Stone. He won 2 awards and five nominations in total. He has an interest in photography, travel, and music.
