Anish Patel is a content developer, director, and writer hailing from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He is a digital media graduate from the University of California, where he studied film direction and production on VFX and animation. He is a filmmaker and has experience of 15 years in the media and entertainment domain. Anish co-founded HopMotion Animation in 2013 with Carmen Zainabadi. HopMotion Animation is a 2D animation company focused on producing broadcast-quality animation for the Indian and global television markets. HopMotion is a creatively oriented boutique studio that develops content from concept to complete implementation all under one roof.
Before co-founding HopMotion, Anish worked as a writer, director, and editor on various television and film projects in Los Angeles and India. He served as a creative associate to film director Shekhar Kapur and was the creative director of Sphere Origins Multivision Pvt Ltd. He also worked as a writer and creative director for iRock Films.
