Sandeep Sikand

Sandeep Sikand is an actor, producer cum creative director. He was born on 26^th September 1970 in Mumbai. His mother is Veena Sikcand. Sandeep has an elder sister. He completed his schooling at St Andrews High School, Mumbai. He graduated from Sydenham College of Economics and Commerce in Mumbai.

When he was 17 years, Sandeep started his garment business. He did the business for ten years. When he was 27, he started a theatre company, Masquerade. He directed and produced plays. He joined Balaji Telefilms as the associative creative head and was then promoted as the creative head. In 2000, he performed in the series Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki. He also worked as the creative head of the series. In 2004, he played in Kesar and Kkehna Hai Kuch Mujhko.

In 2006, Sandeep became the Chief Creative Officer of Sony Entertainment Television. He was the programming head at Sony TV when Bigg Boss Bigg Boss Tamil is the Tamil language version of t >> Read More... first aired. He was the one who suggested adding an extra G to Big Boss.  In 2011, he made his silver screen debut with the movie Murder 2. In 2012, he performed in the film Black Money. In 2016, Sandeep played in the film Tu Hai Mera Sunday. In 2019, Sandeep produced the series Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. He also produced the Telugu series “ Gorintaku Gorintaku is a family drama aired on Star Maa. Sa >> Read More... .” After the success of Gorintaku, he remade it in Hindi as Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali in 2021. The same year, he produced Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai.
