Neeraj Sachdeva is the fiction head of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. Neeraj is a graduate and has a bachelor of science in physics from the prestigious Delhi University. “Everything you ever wanted is one step outside your comfort zone”, Neeraj’s journey from a production assistant to a creative director-producer is a testimony to this statement. Neeraj has worked in the industry for quite a while now and with 18+ years of experience in the fiction entertainment business, and having worked with production houses as well as broadcasters, Neeraj brings the perfect blend or combination of creative strategy and storytelling with execution and operations to make a show creative and business success.

Neeraj is very skilled at Creative Strategy where he works with broadcasters as well as production houses to create content based on research, insights & ideas and translates the same into relatable characters and appealing stories. He has contributed immensely to the communication strategies of the shows in terms of marketing plans and on-air promotions. He has also monitored the content strategy regarding high points keeping competition in mind. Neeraj played an important role in driving the scripting and creative execution of the shows in terms of treatment and tonality. On many shows, he and his team have worked flawlessly to manage the planning and operations including budgeting to make the project creatively as well as financially successful.
