Anoop Kamath is an Indian creative director, editorial designer, editor and visual artist who works mainly in Delhi. Anoop was born in Kochi, Kerala. He completed his schooling at FACT High School in 1981. He graduated from KMC, Manipal in 1989. He has been a visualiser at Anandabazar Patrika, from 1993 to 1995, and a graphics designer at Outlook Magazine, from 1995 to 1999. He was also a chief graphic designer at Hindustan Times, from 1999 to 2000. He worked as an art director at The Indian Express Group, from 2008 to 2009, and a publisher on a website from 1995 to 2011.
Anoop Kamath has been a creative director at SP Guide Publications, New Delhi, since 2010 and a curator (self-employed), since 2022. Anoop Kamath has been an editorial designer for more than 20 years. He designed more than ten newspapers and 50 magazines as an editorial designer. He received the senior fellowship in Creative Photography from Ministry of Culture Government of India. Anoop Kamath was an art director for major publications like Business World, Outlook, Business Standard, and Indian Express and he started exhibiting from 1990. His one of the famous shows was held in Chaitanya Gallery, Kochi, Kerala on August 2010.
