Sanjay Basak is one of the most popular child actors on Indian television at present. He appears in the role of Nandakishor Basant Singh or Nandu in the long running and highly watched Colors TV show “Balika Vadhu”. The show deals with the issue of child marriage that still prevails in some regions of our country. The main protagonists of the show are Anandi and Jagdish who got married to each other as children, however, the various twists and turns in their life led to them having different partners in the future. The serial underwent a time loop recently and Sanjay Basak was casted as Jagdish’s cousin Nandu who is now a teenager.

Sanjay has carved his own niche on the show with his antics and has managed to steal the attention of the viewers. His chemistry with the main male protagonist, Jagdish, is quite heartening and makes for some fun moments in the serial. Nandu is the son of Jagdish’s uncle and aunt, Basant and Gehna and is very proud of his MLA cousin brother. The storyline has been created in a manner which is helping put focus on this highly talented young actor. The best part is that Sanjay is delivering to the call of the show makers and playing his part in increasing the TRPs.

It is just the beginning of his career right now and this young star has already shown what he is capable of. His skills will only improve with time and he should go on to greater heights from here.
