Pallavi Nigam is a famous chef. She presents traditional recipes in different ways. Pallavi has always tried to present traditional cooking recipes in a simple way. Pallavi Nigam completed her graduation in Economics. Later, she grabbed her post-graduation degree in economics from Mumbai University. Then she started working in an Insurance company as an economist. But she was never happy with her decision. Pallavi thought of following her passion. Her family was not much in favor of her decision except her husband. She went to Italy to complete her culinary diploma in ICIF. Then she joined Grand Hyatt as a professional chef.
Pallavi’s husband Kunal holds a prime position in the Investment Department of the National Bank of Oman. So the couple shifted to Oman. Shifting to a new country gave new wings to Pallavi’s dream. She wrote some recipe books. Such books include A Sip in Time, The Bhojpuri Kitchen, and Food for Holi. She also appeared on the TV channel LivingFoodz. Pallavi was associated with the Times of Oman. She used to write recipe columns for the newspaper. At the Epicurean Guild Awards, she won the Best Food Entertainer of the Year award. Pallavi likes to explore. She went to different places and tried to adapt the essence of the new recipes.
