Ashutosh Rai was born and raised in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his schooling at St, Jude’s English High School. For further studies, he went to Ramniranjan Jhunjhunwala College, Mumbai.
He resides in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He works as a casting director in the Indian Film industry, predominantly in Bollywood. He has worked at UTV Software Communications and Big Synergy.
