Pratik Ramesh Prabhan

Pratik Ramesh Prabhan is an Indian assistant director and filmmaker who predominantly works in the Bollywood film industry. He is sometimes referred to as PRP. He was raised by typical working-class Malayali parents that did not believe the film industry to be an acceptable job and convinced him to get a business degree first. Pratik Ramesh Prabhan completed his schooling at Indian School in Bahrain. Then, he earned an associate’s degree in Business and Commerce from the University of Toronto in Canada. Pratik Ramesh Prabhan received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and graduated with a specialization in Marketing and Related Support Services. 

Pratik Ramesh Prabhan got his first job in the city of Bangalore, where he worked as a Business Researcher for the famous finance multinational- J.P. Morgan. After satisfying his parents' demands, Pratik Ramesh Prabhan finally decided to quit his business job and follow his passion. He first started working in the film industry in 2011 when he worked as an Assistant Director at the company Selvaraghavan. Pratik Ramesh Prabhan joined Yash Raj Films as an Assistant Director.

The film was a major success among the audience and received nominations for multiple awards. Pratik Ramesh Prabhan then joined 7 Films, which is a leading advertising film production house based in Mumbai. 

Pratik Ramesh Prabhan continued to work with many prestigious advertising agencies in Mumbai until he learned all he could. After that, he left Mumbai for Hyderabad, where he spent a year working as an Associate Filmmaker with VG Media. In 2016, Pratik Ramesh Prabhan started his own video production house under the name Attaboy! Films. Through this company, he has worked with many big brands such as Tata Salt, ITC, Prestige, Flipkart, Castrol, Ocean Sparkle, Healthify Me, and many more. With his high quality films and strong work ethic, Pratik Ramesh Prabhan has managed to build a reputation for himself in the film industry.
