Banashree Deka is a renowned Indian Director, a famed writer, an esteemed Photographer, and a famous Costume Designer famous for her unique and distinctive skills. She is a native of Guwahati, Assam, and lives in Mumbai. Banashree completed her post-graduation from Cotton College State University in Mass Communication and Journalism. She holds a Diploma in Fashion Photography and Styling.
Banashree started her directorial career with short films, feature films, and TVC. She is well known for her work in short films like Street and Soul and the Hindi film Karim Mohammed in 2018. She was the Assistant Costume Director for the T.V Series Asur in 2020. Banashree has worked with Dream Extrem Movies, Raga Films, Vertul Films, Anhad Studio, and more as an Associate Director for many movies. Some of her upcoming feature films include Van Rakshak, Destiny, and The Kaal Chakra. She impresses the audience with her commendable contributions across various platforms.
