Maira Doshi

Maira Doshi is a big dreamer, a strong believer and a well known Indian film actress who works in tollywood and Gujarati cinema. Beginning from her early life, she was born on 18th November, 1995, Rajkot, Gujarat. After completing her schooling she further pursued her interest in Computer Science and completed a degree in Bachelor of Computer Applications. Side by side she was always in touch with her roots and traditions and participated in “Garba” ( Gujarati folk dance ) competition. Afterwards when she discovered her keen interest in the film industry, she moved to Mumbai in late 2014. Maira debuted in ‘Sunsilk’ released in 2015 in which she played the role of a college junior.

She then collaborated with numerous renowned and established brands and did many commercials which finally led her to portray as a debutant in a lead role in a tollywood (Telugu ) film, “Kaadhali”. Since then there has been no looking back in her career life. She has done good number of movies along with her appearance in web series on OTT platforms. She won Best Debut Actor (Female) of the Year 2019 by GIFA (Gujarat Iconic Film Awards) for her dramatic role in movie “Chasani”. While Maira has a great passion for films, she wears various different hats. Besides working in the entertainment industry, she owns a sustainable loungewear brand named “Shveth”. She is someone who loves to travel and is such a multi-tasker whom we love and enjoy watching juggle between different roles.
