Plot

Nandu is a cinema financier. His business is not as good as everyone thinks. Soon, he learns that he will be caught by the police. So, he escapes with a gun to shoot a fake godman, Paramananda, as Nandu thinks that the godman is the reason for his current situation. At the Ashram, Nandu comes to know that, Paramananda has taken the same decision as Nandu and has been searching for him. What is the connection between the fake godman and Nandu? Why are they getting ready to kill each other? These questions are answered in the film.

Star Performance

As usual, Parthiepan has excelled in this role, too. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Sai Priyanka have done a good job.

Analysis

It is indeed a proud moment that Iravin Nizhal is the world’s first non-linear single-shot film. Parthiepan’s hard work is highly visible in the film. Though there are many characters rolling up and down with Parthiepan, after him, Varu Sarath and Sai Priyanka’s roles are memorable. The music by AR Rahman is incredible. The cinematography is fantastic and the clarity in picturing the scenes in the dark is excellent. The art director and his team should be really appreciated for their fantastic effort.

Verdict

The film is experimental, yet entertaining. Parthiepan is a man of uniqueness and this time, he has proved his talent in performance and filmmaking. Iravin Nizhal – watch-worthy!
