Arun Rangachari

Arun Rangachari is the nephew of Bollywood film director, Bharat Rangachari, who directed several successful films like Takkar and Zameen Aasman. Arun began as a journalist covering issues mostly related to the Information Technology. He subsequently moved to working in Public Relations and after working for various PR agencies, Rangachari shifted to Dubai in 1999. He is currently the Founder and Chairman at DAR Capital group, Private Equity arm and founded DAR Capital Group in early 2007. Arun Rangachari is also one of the key members of Dar Motion Pictures (owned by the DAR Capital Group), which is one of the leading production companies in India.

Their focus is mainly on content-driven cinema.
