Uday Tikekar is an Indian actor who is known for his long- term association with the Marathi & Hindi Theatres with his equally active association with television & movies. Uday started off his journey in the world of acting with his works in the Marathi Theatre. Being a Marathi, he was comfortable playing different roles carrying varied dimensions.

He stretched his feet with his acting endeavours in the Hindi Theatre & main stream Hindi entertainment world. Some of his very famous Hindi movies include the big names such as ‘Tumsa Nahin Dekha’ (2004), ‘Murder’ (2004) and ‘Barfi!’ (2012). He played roles of some varied lengths in these movies.
