Time becomes a constant reminder of her expectations and waiting turns into a source of sorrow, suffering, and heartache. In parallel with Minahil's story, Asfand struggles with his grief. Asfand is Minahil's neighbor. After his cherished wife, Anaya, passed away unexpectedly, Asfand has been going through turmoil. Overwhelmed by sorrow, Asfand makes his way through the difficult process of self-realization and recovery. He is looking for comfort in the void left by his lifelong companion.

Asfand and Minahil are drawn together by fate, creating a bond based on empathy and understanding amidst their shared suffering. They find comfort in each other's company, gradually discovering feelings of affection. These feelings go beyond their shared trauma, as they both struggle with the weight of unfulfilled love and loneliness. As their friendship develops into something more, Minahil and Asfand have to deal with the complexities of their feelings.
