In her uncle's house, Nisha lives with her two cousins, Ahsan and his younger brother Mohsin. Ahsan and Nisha are in love and Nisha takes good care of Mohsin, who is wheelchair-bound. Mohsin discovers Nisha's kindness and caring nature and falls in love with her.

Just as Nisha & Ahsan are about to confess their love to Ahsan's parents; His father announces Nisha shall be married to his brother, Mohsin.
