The story starts with a young woman, Zaria. Her father and step-brother forced her to marry an old man. She refused, and so they kept her hostage at her home. Somehow, she escaped her house and accidentally met a man, Baba Fakir, while on the run. The girl narrated that she had been running from goons who were trying to kill her. Baba wanted to help her and brought her to his master’s home. He worked for Samir and his family.

Samir was working in a very good position in an advertising company. He is a compassionate man and is good with his colleagues. Everyone admires him. Samir has a younger brother, Bunty, and a sister, Honey. They are very close to each other. Their father passed away, and their mother is a strict but loving person. Baba Fakir knows that Samir’s mother will not allow the girl to stay there. He fakes a story that Zaria is Samir’s wife. Samir, on reaching home, finds a shocking surprise.

Baba confronts Samir to keep this story alive until Zaria is gone. Samir reluctantly agrees and tells everyone in his house that he got married to her secretly two years back. Everyone was happy except Samir’s mother because she had fixed his marriage with his cousin, Zaman. Zaman turns furious when she gets the news of the marriage. She goes on a revenge spree to destroy their marriage.

Zaria’s father gets to know Zaria’s location by a worker in Samir’s office. He reaches Samir’s house to meet Zaria. He realizes his mistakes and lets her stay there under the pretext that Samir is a good man. Samir starts to have a liking towards her too. It sparks a romance between them. On the other hand, Samir’s family starts to suspect them as they do not behave like a married couple. Zaman conspires and schemes against Samir and Zaria to weaken them so that she can marry Samir.
