The story is very well structured. The show begins from where the last season left off. In the previous season, Wajahat had to repent for his sins and was murdered by his wife, Shazmeen. The only reason for this act of crime at the hands of Shazmeen was that she was frustrated with how he exploited women so many women’s lives, including hers. He used tactics and manipulated women just to marry him so that he would get a male heir. Unable to get a son but many daughters, he did not take seconds to abandon his wives. It was because of him that Naina and Shazmeen, two best friends, got into extreme rivalry mode.

Season 2 features the story right after the death of Wajahat. Naina and Shazmeen in a vehement war. Highly influenced by their new husbands, both the widowers of Wajahat want to take over his political party. Things get all the more dramatic when Wajahat’s son, Malik Shazmaan Wajahad Hayyat, comes into the story and wants to avenge Shazmeen for killing his father. Exposing the lust for wealth, power, and fame, the show became highly popular in Pakistan. It was even telecasted on the Life Ok channel in India.
