Kasa-e-Dil is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2020 on Geo TV. The serial focuses on the life of Somia as she falls in love with her first cousin. However, fate doesn't work in their favor. Somia and Hatim are first cousins who want to marry each other. However, Hatim's mother doesn't accept their marriage proposal. Upon learning of the rejection, Somia's father dies of a heart attack. Adan, another cousin of Somia’s, likes her but can’t confess his feelings to her. Later, Hatim and Somia get married when Adan's aunt creates a misunderstanding to make Hatim end the wedding ceremony. Hatim temporarily leaves the venue; however, when he sees Adan and Somia in the room, he calls off the wedding.

Adan took the chance and convinced Somia into marrying him to save her name. Somia got married to Adan and went to his home to seek blessings from his parents. However, Adan experienced an unpleasant situation at his home. He was emotionally blackmailed to marry Shireen, his cousin. Later, Adan revealed to Shireen his first marriage to Somia.
