The story revolves around the life of a young, resilient girl, Fatima. Seerat Fatima is abandoned by her mother at an early age and is now being brought up by her father, who has a substance use disorder. At 23, she becomes a schoolteacher. Kamran is a young guy who is attacked by some mobsters. At this point, Fatima enters the life of Kamran as a saviour and sends him to the hospital. Kamran falls in love with Fatima, and so does Fatima.

Even though his mother, Shaista, wishes to marry him to her niece, Farwa, he takes a step against her mother’s wishes and marries Fatima. He does not want to build a marriage that is based on compromise, and he does what he feels would be necessary. One more reason why he marries Fatima is because he wants Shahnawaz to leave Fatima alone. He is the gangster who attacked Kamran the other day. Shahnawaz is obsessively in love with Fatima. Now, due to Shaista’s health issues, Kamran decides not to tell her about his marriage and Fatima’s pregnancy.
