The story revolves around a girl named Khakghsta Dilwar Khan, who wants to be a doctor and wants to do social services. Dargzai Khan, a Pathan family member, is smart and handsome but doesn't like women's education. Dergzai doesn't want her to become a doctor, so he throws and tears her books. He fears she will be more potent if she becomes a doctor. His thinking is not convincing about women's education because he is conservative and only believes that only men have the right to education and that women should be subordinate to men. And the serial's story, as well as the characters, are fantastic.
