Ayurveda Aaharam is an ongoing Indian interactive cookery show in Telugu. Its first episode was aired on ETV Abhiruchi on June 30, 2021, every Friday and Saturday at 11:30 a.m. It is also available on YouTube. As the name suggests, it is a cookery show with health benefits. The host of the show regularly invites guests who demonstrate easy-to-make healthy recipes. They use medicinal herbs and spices in their dishes. They also enlighten the audience about the various health benefits of different food items.
