Saint Thyagaraja Aradhana Festival is an annual Aradhana ceremony that organizes for the Telugu saint composer Thyagaraja. It occurs annually in Andhrapradesh, and DD Saptagiri telecasts it lives to the audience. It also befalls in Thiruvaiyaru in Tamil Nadu the same day. Because Andhra is his birthplace and he attained samadhi in Thiruvaiyaru near Thanjavur. They celebrate this on Pushya Bahula Panchami, the day of his samadhi, where the musicians from the whole state will render the saint's Pancharatna Kritis. Other international countries like the United Kingdom, Mauritius, Nigeria, and the United States celebrate the Aradhana. Sri Thyagabrahma Mahotsava Sabha arranges the show every year in the precincts of the (memorial) located at Thiruvaiyaru village, Thanjavur district, Tamil Nadu, India. This ceremony began in 1903 when Tyagaraja died in 1847. He becomes a few days before his death. This ceremony usually took place between December and January. It completed a hundred and seventy years, and the 173rd ceremony endured in 2020.

They celebrate the convention for four days. This Festival inaugurates through a lighting lamp by renowned persons of the society. The higher authorities of the Sabha accompanies them. At this festival, many more Carnatic singers, musicians, composers from all over the country visits the place and perform the Kritis. They celebrate this to pay tribute and respect to the Carnatic legend guru Thyagaraja. After his death, his disciples recognized other gurus and praised his teaching in their house. But the elderly and eminent musicians Umayalpuram Krishna Bhagavatar and Sundara Bhagavatar, who are the disciples of the guru, decided to commemorate the tithi or death anniversary of their guru every year at the Samadhi. So they renowned his memorial and makes it the place where he still lives. From that, musical stalwarts make arrangements to observe the death anniversary regularly at Tiruvayyaru. It also includes feeding the poor and worship at the memorial as per Vedic tenets. Here then continues with Umayalpuram Krishna Bhagavatar and Sundara Bhagavatar renovating and celebrating the festival.

The brothers Tillaisthanam Narasimha Bhagavatar and Tillaisthanam Panju Bhagavatar as the main financiers and organizers. From 1906, they start conducting a parallel Aaradhana, which continues and will continue. The rules or the specialties of the show are they did not allow women to dance during the Aradhana, and also, they did not permit nadaswaram performances. Further then, Bangalore Nagarathnamma, who is a dreadful devotee of him, build a huge temple that encloses his memorial for Thyagaraja. After several problems and oppositions, they split the four days equally to both the groups and for herself. It results in making the choral rendition of the five pancharatnas an integral feature of the Aradhana. They also decide to the convention of group singing of the five Pancha Ratna Kriti son the festival. The women are also allowed to pay their homage. They also follow this till now. As a development, They construct the large complex at Thiruvaiyaru to accommodate the maximum audience coming to the concert in ever-increasing numbers every year.
