The main character in this serial is a girl from a middle-class family, who has lofty goals and wishes to do more in life. Shwetha Reddy who plays the role of Bhanumathi, is portrayed as having high ambitions and wanting to marry her true love. She and her parents are happy when a wealthy business person proposes to her. She subsequently finds out, though, that he is not the man he claims to be. She is searching for a way out of her unhappy marriage. Sravanthi makes every effort to escape her marriage, but due to a tumultuous situation, she ends herself in a brothel. She encounters numerous obstacles and is unable to exit the brothel no matter how hard she tries. Jagan is the person who makes touch with her and looks for a way to help her.
