Manasellam is a Zee Tamil series that started airing on 20^th January 2025 at 2:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. Manasellam is scripted by Shwetha Sarasu Nagarajan. Venkat G penned the dialogue. Bhramma G Dev directed the series. Charan and Surya are the co-directors. S Aaron composed the background score. Gopal cranked the camera, and SA Rameshkumar edited the series. Shihan Dr Pushpanathan produced the series.

Rajasundaram is a biggie in Chozhavaram. He runs a masala business. He has four masala factories. Manimegalai is Rajasundaram’s wife. Rajasundaram is not only a talented businessman but a kind-hearted man who respects all his employees. Like Rajasundaram, Manimegalai is a kind-natured and adjustable homemaker. She cares for her mother-in-law and also adjusts her co-sister. Karikalan, the son of Rajasundaram is the elder son in the family. He is not educated but good at heart. Yet, he is short-tempered. Rajasundaram has a younger brother, Gunasekaran. Kalyani is Gunasekaran’s wife. Unlike Manimekalai, Kalyani is rude and envies Manimekalai. Their mother-in-law always advises Kalyani to try to learn from Manimekalai. Arul is Gunasekaran’s son. He studied abroad, still didn’t forget Indian culture and follows the same. Subbulakshmi is the eldest sister of Rajasundaram and Varalakshmi is the youngest. Varalakshmi is married to Varadarajan, an adamant guy. These two sisters have a daughter each. Nandini is educated, and she is interested in serving the nation like her late father. Nandini is Subbulakshmi’s daughter. Vanathi, Varalakshmi’s daughter is not interested in studying. The two brothers and sisters are very affectionate, and the sisters wanted to get their daughters married to their brothers’ sons. What will happen when Rajasundaram’s ideas and his family’s ideas differ? The rest of the story deals with this.
