Sarbajita Anu is an Odia family drama TV serial that aired on Zee Sarthak in 2022 and is available on the OTT platform, Zee5. A woman is considered the epitome of sacrifice. But what she is not considered as is very strong and courageous. A woman can take up any challenge that is thrown at her. Things are very hard for her but she never fails to give her best and succeed in every task. The story of the serial revolves around one such woman named Anu. She is a kind, docile, sacrificing, and dutiful wife to Aditya. She is a homemaker and always abides by her in-laws. She is a responsible wife and daughter-in-law. She is also naïve and trusts others easily. Things were going well for her until some problems started arising in her married life. These problems gradually increased and resulted in a bad separation. Fate’s decision was to separate the husband and wife and this resulted in a whole new journey for Anu.

This separation was chaotic and painful but it also led her to be strong and boosted her confidence as now a new and major responsibility is given to her. She had to take up the responsibility of her business. She is left to handle both her family and the business which marks the start of her personality development as well as makes her able to earn respect for herself. She comes across all sorts of problems and tough decisions upon starting her work but gradually she becomes used to it. Her sheer hard work and dedication brought success to her but there were days when she was challenged by different obstacles.

She comes across many people who are insecure about her happiness and try to destroy her life but she does not let their evil intentions succeed and works extremely hard. The progress she has made from being a docile and naïve woman to becoming a smart and independent woman is tracked in the serial. Even though many things come in her favor later on in life, she still has to go through a lot of problems related to her family including her broken marriage. Will she be able to fix her marriage?
