The story starts with two brothers- Aniketh and Saketh. Saketh has returned to India after completing his studies abroad. Their parents had passed away when they were young. Their grandfather, Rajguru, and his loyal cook, Shambhavi, have raised them. Shambhavi has a daughter, Meera. She is close friends with the two brothers. Rajguru fixes Saketh’s marriage with Ahalya. After the marriage, Meera discovers she has evil intentions behind her marriage.

Ahalya realizes Meera is an obstacle to her goals and tries fixing her marriage as soon as possible. However, Meera marries Aniketh to keep a close eye on Ahalya. Meera does not know that Aniketh is in love with her for a long time. Ahalya plans to reveal Meera’s fake love for Aniketh. But Aniketh overhears her plan and realizes her evil intentions. Aniketh and Meera together plan to reveal Ahalya’s truth to Saketh. But Saketh lashes out and insults his brother and Meera. It is revealed that Ahalya’s father was falsely blamed for a kidnapping by Rajguru’s family. This led to Ahalhya hatching an evil plan to take revenge on the Rajguru family. Meera tries to warn the family. By now, Aniketh starts suspecting Ahalya.

To control the situation, she disguises a man as her father and presents them to the Rajguru family. But she is caught red-handed. This makes Aniketh start suspecting her more. Ahalya tries to kill Aniketh as he is following her one day. She thinks he is dead and asks the family to do the last rituals. But Aniketh arrives on time and exposes her. Ahalya goes to jail. She meets with her father only to realize she is a mere pawn in her father’s conspiracy. Her father was an evil person who had told a false story to her. Ahalya regrets her mistakes and apologizes to the Rajguru family. The family forgives her. She realizes she is pregnant. She does not want to raise her child in jail and asks Meera to raise her child. Meera and Aniketh happily agree as Meera cannot bear a child due to medical issues. Ahalya’s father tries to kill her and her unborn child in jail.

Meera saves her and brings her home. The whole family reunites. Meera and Aniketh go to a doctor's appointment as Meera is finally pregnant. They never return. 7 years have passed. Saketh comes to know that his daughter may be still alive and finds her. His daughter Kinnari is not able to bond with her father due to his absence for a long time. They are finally able to find Aniketh and Meera and realize that Ahalya was the reason for their disappearance. Ahalya’s mother shoots her as a punishment for her misdeeds. She gloats about her victory in her deathbed not knowing that the family has found out Meera and Aniketh. The family reunites again.
