Chakoyum Maryum is a Malayalam soap drama that was aired in Mazhavil Manorama. This show was broadcasted on 21 October 2019 from Monday to Friday at 8 pm. The story revolves around a boy named Chakko, and he is visually challenged by birth. Chakko is an illegitimate son of Rajalakshmi. He was born to his mother’s secret lover, and she tried to cover it up before her wedding. She pleads her childhood friend Kuriyachan to look after Chakko for a short period. Kuriyachan being the father of three children's takes care of him. Later he realizes that he was tricked by Rajalakshmi as she never returns to receive her boy. Meanwhile, Kuriyachan becomes rich after Chakko came into his life and considers him as his lucky charm. The rest of the episodes portrays the maltreatment of Chakko and the humiliation he faces in his new house. There are numerous twists and turns in each episode, and creates eagerness among the audience whether his mother patches up with her secret lover and takes care of Chakko.
