Main Aisi Kyunn Hoon is an drama, premiered on Sahara One Channel. It was first aired on 8th October 2007 and ended in the year 2008. This is a story of middle class average family girl named (acted by ), who was born in a traditional middle class family, but has strong determination and modern outlook towards life.

Sanjana owns a good imagination power and very good sense of humour too. But, like normal middle class families, Sanjana’s family members are also pressurizing her to get married. But Sanjana loves Siddhartha (acted by ) her childhood friend, who is currently residing in United States of America. But, soon a twist occurs and when Sanjana comes to know that Siddhartha has got married to her boss named Anuradha (acted by Anokhi Srivastav). Now, Sanjana is very dejected and does not want believe in the reality that Siddhartha has got married to someone else. She is very Eager to know that why did Siddhartha break his promise to marry her. She doesn't understand how to confront the love of her life, who got married to some other girl.

Story takes a turn when Sanjana struck in dilemma to her modern outlook and old traditional values of her. Sanjana does not want to move on and opted to stick with her past. She enters in her 30th birthday, where her parents again pressurized to get marry, but this time she got irritated and decides not to get marry. But she is not able to forgive Siddhartha and she still loves him. This serial is a story of girl, who wants not to love Siddhartha anymore, but she fails to resist herself to do so. She tried various occasion to forget him and throw his thoughts out of her mind but the more she tries to do so, the more she misses Siddhartha. Ultimately, She will not be able to understand why she is like that and says “Main Aisi Kyunn Hoon”.
