Hindi Tv Serial Kartik Purnima

Kartik Purnima is a Hindi serial broadcast on the Star Bharat channel. Kartik is the name of the male lead in this serial. Purnima is a dark-skinned girl who has a half-sister Shanaya. Shanaya is a fair-skinned girl whose mother supports her every time, despite her being right or wrong. Purnima misses her mom but thankfully has a supporting father who teaches her to be a good human being. She met Kartik, her would-be love interest in this serial, at a temple when she was young. Kartik’s mother, Soni then also scolded Kartik for talking to a dark and middle-class girl. Kartik gives a bangle to Purnima claiming that it will protect her from difficulties. The story takes a leap of sixteen years and now Kartik and Purnima are adults.

Kartik, who is now a doctor, recognizes Purnima as the same girl he met at a temple years ago because of the bangle he gave her. Soni is the owner and endorser of a fairness beauty brand. Purnima’s definition of beauty and her urge to teach kids Maths and English in her free time impresses Kartik. He takes an instant liking for her. Meanwhile, Purnima’s sister has become a beauty pageant and gets selected by Soni as her daughter in law as she is so fair. She also wants to make her the new face of her beauty brand. After a lot of confusion in marriage, Shanaya agrees to marry thinking that she was getting married to Kartik, but this is not so. Her marriage is fixed by Soni with her other son Sumreet. At the end of this marriage fiasco, Soni refuses to marry Shanaya with Sumreet blaming Purnima for this marriage’s failure.

Sumreet decides to elope and marry Shanaya. But Purnima and Kartik stop them from doing so. They both succeed in persuading Soni for Sumreet’s and Shanaya’s wedding. Soni keeps some demands in front of the girl’s father which he agrees upon after setting his own demand for marrying Purnima. Soni hates Purnima and does everything to make her feel ugly and worthless, but she still agrees. Soni also believes that there is something wrong with her son for even liking Purnima. Kartik finally tells Purnima that the boy who gave her this bangle sixteen years ago was he. A guy named Vikram enters the serial with the intention of marrying Purnima. But he is a set-up and a fraud. This is soon revealed by Kartik.
