1. Pearl Grey
Pearl Grey is a famous Indian producer who has produced many Indian television series. Her most notable work was in the famous Star TV show Mann Ki Awaz. Pratigya and Rishton Se Badi Pratha. Pearl owns a production house named Spellbound Production. She also worked as a creative head in Zee Telefilms. Pearl was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharastra. She completed her schooling at Girl High School and then went to Allahabad Agricultural Institute. Pearl has been married twice. Pearl’s second marriage was to the producer Rajan Shahi. Recently she was dating the actor Yuvraj Malhotra, who is much younger than her, but the relationship ended within a year. She stepped into the Indian Television Industry by working as a Creative Head at Zee Telefilms Limited. She worked there from January 2005 to January 2009. She was involved as a group head for Handling various Zee TV shows like Dulhan, Saath Phere, Sindoor, and many more. In the year 2009, she started her production house named Spellbound Productions.

She acted in the legendary serials of all times “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” that aired on Star Plus for almost 5 years. Later she was roped in to play the role of grandmother to the male lead in the serial “Khoobsurat – Dil ki Nazar se”. Here she played the role of a beautiful, loving and caring grandma who wanted to get her grand son married to a pretty girl. Meenakshi also played a cameo role in the serial “Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon”. She played the character of a caretaker for mentally handicapped Raju (male lead).
Meenakshi Verma also acted in the Hindi movie “Life in a Metro” as Minakshi and in “Straight from the heart” movie as Pushpa. Her other Hindi movie is “Dahek: A restless mind”. In Dahek she was the mother of female lead. Her role in the movie was different from her other roles which she played till then.
Though she played many roles, she is widely remembered as Kaushalya from Shubh Vivaah.
